結構前に、職人の増島ちゃんが検定に合格したという話を書かせてもらったんですけど、賞状とバッチが届いたので改めて書きますハート

誰よりも熱心にお菓子について勉強＆研究していて本当に尊敬していますキラキラ
増島ちゃんのノートにはビッシリ丁寧にお菓子の事が書かれていますハート
企業秘密なのでお見せすることができないのが残念です顔11
毎日、みんなが帰った後も１人で検定の練習をしている増島ちゃんは本当にかっこよかったですハート
普段は、本店の工場で働いているのであまり皆様の前に出ることは無いのですが、たまに函南店の方で販売スタッフとして働いていますハート
今販売している、水無月も増島ちゃんが主に指揮をとって作っていますハート
