今日から、新社会人という方も多いですね！
私も、入社してから6年目に入りました顔02
自分でも、びっくりします！！笑

周りのほとんどの友達が進学に変えるなか、就職の道を選びましたキラキラ

でも、担任と副担任だけは見放さずにいてくれましたキラキラ
最初は、エステティシャンになりたくて相談してたら、副担任が涙を流しながら私を説得し諦めることにしました。
お菓子が好きだから、お菓子屋さんで働ｌきたいなと思っていたら、親戚から「ここはどう？」と言って勧められたのが小戸橋製菓でした！
この時は、まだ学校に求人が届いていなかったんですけど担任に電話してもらい、会社見学させてもらえるようになりましたキラキラ
お店の中や仕事内容を元店長に説明してもらったあとに、元社長（現　相談役）とお話をさせてもらいました。
お客様のことはもちろん、従業員の幸せのことも考えてくれているんだなと思って、とても感動して家に帰ったのを覚えていますキラキラ
会社見学は、９月に入るか入らないかくらいの時に行ったのですが、それから一切音沙汰なしでした。
先生から、履歴書だけ書いておいてと言われ書いたものの、面接や試験の日程さえ無し・・・。
会社見学だけで落とされたのかなと思いました。
他のクラスの子で、小戸橋製菓を志願した子は面接や試験を受けに行っていました。
それから、しばらくしたら周りの何人もの友達から「おめでとう」と声をかけられました。
私にはまだ、何の知らせも来てない。
ようやく副担任が来て、「受かったよ！おめでとう」って自分のことのように喜んでくれましたハートたくさん
副担任は、私に伝える前に嬉しすぎて色んな人に言いふらしてたみたいです！

クラスで1番に内定をもらうことも出来ましたキラキラ
そして、３．１１東北地震が起きた年に入社しました！
たくさんの人が内定を取り消される中、内定を取り消さずに私を雇ってくれた相談役に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいですキラキラ
やめたいと思うときも何度もありました！
でも、就職氷河期という景気が悪い時に雇ってくれたことを思うと、まだまだ恩返しが出来てないので頑張らなきゃと思います顔02
これからも、ゆとり世代はゆとり世代らしく、初心を忘れず地道に頑張っていきますグー笑
