水無月

お菓子の説明

みなさんは、水無月というお菓子を知っていますか？
水無月は、「氷」への憧れからできた銘菓です！
冷房も冷蔵庫も無い時代、７月に病気が流行り、せめて目で涼をとろうと削りたての氷をあらわす三角形の生地に厄除けの小豆を散らしたお菓子が庶民の間で考案されたお菓子です。
現在では、「夏越の祓」の日の和菓子として親しまれています♬
水無月は、6月30日に食べるお菓子です♡

生地はもちもちとした「ういろう」です！
