③ふかした「紅あずま」をそのまま使用した、小戸橋製菓オリジナルのさつまいもの餡！！

④たっぷりのシナモン！！

家庭で再現しようとして、普通のスイートポテトにシナモンをかけても同じ味にならないです・・・。
という声もたまに聞くんですが、白餡が入っているので普通のスイートポテトを作っても同じ味にはならないです！笑
