年末年始に比べて、お客さんもだいぶ少ないです💦
本店の前の道も、お正月は渋滞が起きていたりしていたんですが、今は車通りがとても少ないです！！
桜の時期までは、静かなのかな～(‘Д’)

最近、『合わせ猪最中』がすごく人気です✨
通常の最中だと、餡子の水分を最中の皮が吸ってしまうため、しんなりとした食感になってしまうんですが、
合わせ猪最中だと皮と餡子が別になっているので、お召し上がりの直前に作っていただくとパリパリ食感の猪最中が味わえます🐗

最中として食べていただいても、美味しいんですが、
今の時期寒いので、餡子をお湯で溶かして最中の皮を浮かせて『おしるこ』にして食べても美味しいですよ💛
お湯を入れすぎると薄いおしるこになってしまうので注意してくださいね★

最中の皮にバニラアイスと餡子を挟んでも美味しいです♬
